Got quite a bit done today. A lot of computer work. My computer decided it was going to act a little slower today. I got in a walk this afternoon. Yestarday I stayed under the 2000 calorie mark. I didn't do any walking yestarday. Got all my other goals done today.
My goals for Thursday are:
15 mintues of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 mintues of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
