2013 I have to put me FIRST

I am a single mom to a 2yr old and a 5yr old. I work atleast 5days a week but no set sched as a work for a hotel... so here is my question I hope everyone can help me with... I have a gym at the apartment complex I live in but being a single mommy and working full time means I dont have alot of extra time and no one to watch them while I work out and no money to pay someone... what is the best home dvds to use or home equip that is easy to use and does not take up alot of sapce (dont have alot in apart) any suggestion would be grately appreciated Thanks God Bless

    Basic fitness program components: cardio, strength training, stretching

    Cardio: I like Leslie Sansone walking DVD's
    Strength: I like hand weights and some ab floor exercises. Start light like 2-3 pounds and then work your way up.
    Stretching: Simple stretches during your day to keep yourself loose
    You can get books and DVD's at the public library to get you started.
    For purchase of the minimal equipment, you can go to Wal-Mart or Target.
    Start slow and gradually build up....longer time, increase weights, do more reps.

    Yay you for searching an exercise routine that works for you! I love the videos on SP. You can do a diff one daily and not repeat all year! Have you checked out the video section? They have choices for everyone. I hope you find what you like!
