It's that time of year-time to reflect on the past year and plan for the new one ahead. This year has not been at all what I'd planned for a year ago. But that's okay and good. I hadn't planned to take my health seriously and try to get in shape. I for sure hadn't planned to start running again. But here I am running 15-20 miles a week and 46 pounds lighter. Excited by the potential of the new year. Excited by my progress to reclaim health and fitness. Excited and thankful for the wonderful Spark Friends I've made.
