I haven't done crap this week when it comes to the BLC team I'm part of.
I haven't even exercised.
Shoot, I even forgot that I had to do anything with it.
I don't even feel like weighing in because I now know that the weight I had down last week was completely wrong. I used an old scale and it was way off (even though it was on zero). So I hadn't lost any weight last week. So if I weigh in this week, it will look like I GAINED weight. Which, I probably have anyway since I was lazy and didn't get off my butt.
I just have no motivation right now guys. At least where the team is concerned. I was hoping that joining and being part of it would help motivate me but it seems like it's done just the opposite.
So not fair. Ugh. Any suggestions guys? I need heeeeelp!
