Happily Surprised

Wednesday, December 26, 2012

I am a bit surpised with myself. I stepped on the scale this morning, and no weight gain during Christmas! I wanted to do it, and didn't make very good food choices at time, but tried to stay a bit active; and it worked! Now today is back to normal. My weight loss is top priority again. If I can make it through Christmas without putting on weight, I can lose now!

i am so proud of you! I did gain almost 2 pounds, but I am going to pound my tail into the ground to try to get it off before the 31st! I have 3 days and lot of miles to walk, but after myMRI today, I am getting on the ball - walking, ball workouts, more walking, less eating, and more sleeping.

That's the plan anyway! But you have stamped the gain out of your holiday and I know you can lose now! I lov ethe energy and determination. I just gave in to so many bad choices because having goodies around is not an option for me. I will eat it, and I will not eat just one. I am not that strong yet.
