Husband is on board (yeah!) so we're doing this together. I'm ready - now that I just finished my toughest semester at the University (2 classes, took 1+ hours to get there and 45 min to get home, course work PLUS full time job) and I'm on break now so ready to really get the ball rolling now so that it will be easier to keep it rolling when I go back to work (1/7) and school (1/15).
STEP 1: Get my act together on paper... plan meals & snacks. Read the Eat Clean book again.
STEP 2: Action! Get up and exercise (check - for today :-), go shopping, cut up veggies, etc.
STEP 3: Keep the ball rolling.
I've done this before and I can do it again.
