I feel so frustrated with my lack of progress. I seem to just keep staying where I am weight wise. I have so many cute clothes in my closet and only two pairs of pants that fit. I need something to change so I can start moving in the right direction. I probably need to spend more time in the gym and really focus on increasing my veggies and fruits. Just needed to vent for a minute. ARGH

I understand your frustration. I'm losing very slowly too. I'm going to shake things up an add in more Freggies too.

Don't get discouraged because YOU have the power to make the change! We have our Sunny Sisters here for support!

You can do it! Those clothes are great motivation, put them where you will see them often! Go to the gym, start a streak here on Sparks of logging in everyday and getting your servings of Freggies in!

Shake things up a bit. If you are currently eating carbs, cut way back on them for 2 weeks and increase your protein. Change your type of workout. If you are walking, try jogging for intervals. Add ST, or do a different kind. you need to force your body out of "the same old same old" by doing something new. In my case, doing anything would be doing something new! I have really fallen off track and need to get back on.

I hear your frustration. I too have been struggling with the same 10 pounds on and off...on and off.. I found a great Spark Quote today.. I hope this helps you. It helped me to really COMMIT today.
"There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results"

Commit with me emoticon WE can do this!
