Are you ready to eat healthy and exercise? How many times have you said "I'll start again tomorrow, or Monday, or on January 1st? I can't count the times I have said those things. Don't wait!! Start right now. Start with your next decision.
Do you have Holiday left over food that you think you have to eat up before you start again? Ask yourself why. Why would you cram down the high calorie foods just so you can start to eat healthy and get the extra weight back off? I'm not being judgemental. These are things I have done in the past. If you do need to eat the leftovers, pay attention to portion size.
