Well…. I have officially lost 7.6 pounds from 12/26/11-12/25/12 - how not awesome is that… but hey at least I didn't gain those 7.6 pounds or I'd be really miserable and in a larger size for sure.

Time to get my head back on straight and stop farting around -- seems like I say that a lot doesn't it? Well I guess it’s good that I don't just totally give up!!!

My biggest initial challenge of starting completely over is we are going on a cruise Jan 6-Jan 13. So traveling Jan 4th & 5th will be an eating nightmare BUT I know I can make smarter choices if I put myself up to it. I considered waiting until we got back to start my new journey but really what’s the point in waiting – there’s no day like the present eh? If I can at least maintain through the cruise I’ll be pretty happy.

My next goal is losing at least SOME weight before my birthday on March 2nd which is basically 10 weeks from now. So if I can lose 15 pounds between now and my birthday then I’ll consider myself on track to hitting some kind of descent goal for this year.

I guess time will tell….

Congratulations on your weight loss! I know it wasn't as much as you were aiming for but it is still something to be proud of. Have a wonderful time on your cruise!

You can do it. Starting now is the secret. Remember you are doing it for yourself and you are worth it.
