Christmas Cookie

Wednesday, December 26, 2012

I'm going to become a Christmas cookie. I've been super lazy with healthy choices for a week+ but realizing it is the first step to correcting it, right? Can't beat myself up for the past but I can make sure I get my butt back in gear starting now. :)

Hope everyone had a great Christmas!

DEAR GODS! THE MULLET! I need to explore these emoticons. They'd be a good mood booster... Ha!

One of my sparkfriends said that losing weight was not about perfection, it was about learning from the choices we make and knowing that we will sometimes make them more than once. Learn from mistakes and celebrate success. Yes you are correct forget the past and focus on the now and the future. emoticon

Its never too late to start up again. I've missed you! If you need to, just start with somthing small. That way you can gain a little momentum. Then really kick it back into gear for 2013!
