Microwave Tabata!

Wednesday, December 26, 2012

I have done a bit of overindulging these last two to rethink & redo this,so...
for a quick start how about a little microwave tabata? Most mornings I have a low cal.
microwave egg sandwich (this morning it was Special Ks vegie version-which takes 1:15
to micro)so during that short spurt of time-how about a short spurt of hard activity?
Move as hard & as fast as you can while your meal is being zapped! Surprisingly, even
for that tiny bit of time you feel it-it's a start!

My most common microwave use last 30 seconds, which I use to do squats. Works well for me.

I love this idea! I used to do the same thing during commercials, but then we switched to netflix. :)

I try to see how clean I can get the kitchen while the microwave counts down!
