I have done a bit of overindulging these last two months...got to rethink & redo this,so...
for a quick start how about a little microwave tabata? Most mornings I have a low cal.
microwave egg sandwich (this morning it was Special Ks vegie version-which takes 1:15
to micro)so during that short spurt of time-how about a short spurt of hard activity?
Move as hard & as fast as you can while your meal is being zapped! Surprisingly,even
for that tiny bit of time you feel it-it's a start!
