12/25/12: New Beginning...

I want to really start this thing. I can't figure out how to get in the mood. Shall I start with diet? Shall I start with exercise? I know that if I start with too many things I will give up because I can't keep it up. I think I should start with being faithful to Oxycise. Oxycise is amazing and it will get me farther along where I want to go and make me healthier than just following a diet where I lose it too many times and give up. Okay I will start with Oxycise beginning Wednesday Dec 26th. I will track it faithfully. Done Deal! One thing and one thing only! Is that so hard? Make it a habit
