1 - Go to the gym 4-5 times
2 - Eat 5 fruits and veggies daily
3 - Have fewer "bad calorie" days
4 - Be more patient, especially with my husband
5 - Go to bed earlier! Modifying this a little to "Get 6-8 hours of sleep". With my work schedule, going to be early is a little unrealistic. Getting enough sleep isn't.
1 - I can already tell this will not be met. The holidays are causing a slight gym timeout.
2 - Trying to get better at this.
3 - Again, trying to get better at this.
4 - Hopefully my sleep holds (and no blizzards this week) so I won't be so short-tempered.
5 - I need it! :)
