God... I hate starting this over and over again... and yet, now is not the time to give up. I recently worked with an amazing online coach, Coach Krystie and learned a lot from her the last few months, she challenged me and got me motivated.
I am going to start this journal along with a serious weightloss journey that is going to be successful this time. Realizing that I cannot lose 120 lbs all at once I am going to set some realistic goals for my upcoming year.
Get in the habit of tracking every bite that goes into my mouth
Cut out the extra salt in my diet
Drink 12+ glasses of water a day
Stay within appropriate calorie limits based up on my weight
Do some type of exercise daily and track it
Lose between 5 - 10 lbs a month
I don't want this to be another failed attempt at a diet, I want this blog to be something that I can look at that will demonstrate my successes over the course of the year, and perhaps be a motivational tool for others that are struggling also.
