Finished the 5% challenge..didn't lose 5% but reached 1/2 my goal..blogged only a few times..but was active on the 5% challenge. Read my Happiness project daily and kept my them of hospitality in focus..did some of the fall housecleaning and did get an early start on Christmas..thank goodness or I'd never be ready in time since I've been sick!!

I have been counting my blessings and knowing I will soon return to good health! At the end of November we got the news that one of the pasture manager's wives just found out she had stage 4 cancer..gave her 6 months..she was gone in 2 weeks! So sad and a real wake up call to count your blessings and hug your loved ones close and make every moment spark family has become very dear to ...have a blessed always..Donna

Love the way you get those goals down. All good ones too! Wow, the cancer is so scary & sad. Especially sad for the family during the holidays. I guess it's a lesson in all of us taking care of our health & living life to its fullest. Take care my friend. emoticon emoticon

So sorry to hear about the pasture manager's wife. Yes, we all should count our blessings & be grateful for each new day. I love my Spark family too! We are blessed! Great job working on those goals! Keep pushing!

And feel better honey! emoticon

I try to count each day with Jeff as a blessing even when he pushes all my buttons. I know that you will soon be as good as new. I will think of you more often during my times of prayer. I have been a little negligent about callin up particular names during those times and have done a collective prayer.
You are a blessed friend

You are so right to count your blessings -- life is fleeting so we much enjoy as many moments that we can grasp! Hope you feel better soon.

My family sends Christmas goodies to each other as well. I have not done so this year as I am living with my niece and her family helping with her twin baby girls.
