But I worked out anyway. I woke up at 192 and I was like heck no. I have been slacking over the holidays, actually since Daylight savings. I can't go on my jogs/walks due to lack of daylight and now the cold weather, so I am doing an unorganized program indoors. I only gained a few but I know that I look softer. My belly and thighs are more jiggly. And I have more of a muffin top due to the softness. I just purchased a winter running vest and some gloves so I can get back out there. I am not stressing out too much, I know what I have to do and I am starting to do it again. For our Xmas dinner we had chinese food. I splurged, but didn't finish my dish and gave the doggy bag to someone else b/c I didn't want to bring that home.
I think I am going to be stricter with the food I eat (I mean logging and limiting splurges), my exercise schedule and making sure that I have food! Somewhere along the way, I got a bit lazy with prepping. Of course take out is quick, but it won't help me financially or health wise. I was losing weight the fastest when I was automating my meals, exercising and staying busy with work. I can do it again.
