Changing things up

Yesterday I went back and did the firm class at my gym. I had done it in the past but with no consistency. I feel like my lifting regimin has gotten pretty stagnant. It's nice to go to a class where a teacher tells u what to do and counts the reps for u and just concentrate on your form. UGH I am so sore today. I wasn't using that heavy of weights but I felt like I had not been lifting for the past 2 yrs lol Oh well it's nice to be sore all over for a change, it's been awhile. This way too I don't have to depend on a buddy to meet me. My old lifting buddy went with me yesterday. But if she doesn't go, oh well the show goes on. I don't think I was doing myself any justice by myself anyway, so better to try something different and see if I can find a difference there.

Got a Christmas dinner today and one tomorrow and I am bringing veggie dishes. I got a feeling this is the best way to not gain weight. Not taking home leftover sweets. Exercise outside right now seems sucky. I tried walking the dogs yesterday with Scott just around the block and almost fell a few times. I forgot how much I dislike winter. I need to start looking into a used treadmill.

So I got the best Christmas gift from Scott yesterday. He said we can start trying to have a baby finally!!! I am so excited and so ready! We met for the first time in person 9 yrs ago today. We met online.
