So today's assignment is to blog about some of the changes I can already see. going on. My attitude toward food is changing. there are days now when the thought of greasy foods make my stomach churn. I am choosing to do 10 minutes of exercise before I even have breakfast. I am getting better at planning out my day. I find I am less stressed during the day what I know what the plan is. That's a big step, and a great reason to keep doing what I am doing.
