Funny, SparkCoach asked me today to imagine I am at my doctor's office, getting a great review of my health...and I actually have a physical scheduled for this very morning! I saw my doc about six weeks ago and she was very impressed with my 20pound weight loss...but I don't think I have moved any actual weight since then.
Honestly, I have somehow dropped the new habit of pushing myself to exercise every day. My food choices are still really quite good, even through this holiday season.
So which came first? Stalled scale? Or dropping the exercise?
Does it really matter? What I know is that while I feel good, I know I will feel even better when I get back to regularly working my body. Back to pushing myself for even that ten minutes.
Back to my new Sparky life.
