Here it is, once again, we're nearing the beginning of a new year. And new years mean new beginnings. I know I've been here before, an maybe I over-promise. So this year, here are my resolutions:
1. 30 means of cardio every day
2. work on eating better
a. remove the chips from my diet (those darn chips!)
b. find ways to keep me from over-eating at night.
3. drink lots of water every day
