I really hope that each and everyone of you have a wonderful holiday season and manage to survive without straying to far from the journeys that you are on.
i myself have become addicted to raw asparagus....Having seen a programme on UK's vegetable farmers it was mentioned , how many people in general cook veggies and do not eat them raw. As my Dr. has been trying to convince me to eat more veggies, and not so much fruit, i have been trying various ones raw.... and the other day i spotted asparagus in the shop . This has become my friend.. more so than the golden yellow carrot or broccoli spears. So i have several clumps of them in my salad draw, and will have them instead of the crisps and crackers that are on offer as snacks at film time, ( Well that and the other veggies that i choose. )
My present to myself is to try and do double my steps tomorrow so i can have that little slice of pudding and not feel as though i am missing out. ( and hopefully the rest of the family wont try to smother me with sugar laced things. )
Have fun all
