Day 23-C2K Week 5 Day 2 Complete

Went to the gym tonight to run on the treadmill! I am so happy with my run. Warm up 5 mins, run 8 mins, walk 5 mins, run 8 mins then cool down 5 mins! I aced it. Recovered quickly.
Day 3 will be warm up 5 mins then run 20 mins. I'm looking forward to it to see how well I can do. I use to never look forward to running. My strategy is to master a 5K on the treadmill then move it to the track then to the street then enter a 5k!!!!
