Yesterday I went down a pound and thought I wouldn't record it because of all the fudge I ate. Today, I was even a fraction lower and still at 147. I totally tracked that.
Losing that one pound (had been at 148.8 the day before) really motivated me to get my small workout in today. I'm happy about my small success. I also made a healthier version of one of my favorite meals tonight.
I felt bad about not getting in my run today and just did my Turbo Jam video instead, but I really didn't want to push two days of running in a row. Knowing Christmas turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy are coming Tuesday...I think that will be enough motivation to take on the cold.
Tomorrow, week 2 of the 5k plan begins!
