Round 2

Back in 2008 Sparkpeople helped me reach my goal of 140. I need that motivation again as I am at 145.6 and would like to get to 135. Here are my SMART goals:

-Go from 146 to 135 by March (roughly 1 pound per week)--I can track this progress on the site
-Run (or exercise in some form) for 3 hours per week--I will track these workouts on the site
-Use the food tracker daily and check in on Sparkcoach daily
