Friday Night: I did motivate and got my cardio time in. In fact I can happily say that I got everything on my list checked off.
Negatives: Cookies for breakfast
Positives: Good Time Spent with Treadmill
Saturday: I traveled to my Mom's house in the morning. We went shopping, watched some Christmas Movies (actually starting to get a tiny bit tired of them now) My step dad and I got kind of drunk last night...
Negatives; I do not even want to think about the calories I consumed both in the wine and the wine inspired snacking. Also forgot to re-hydrate before bed.
Positives: Um, well, Semi healthy dinner of Salad and Sandwiches
Sunday: Woke up feeling a bit rough around the edges, so to speak. Gulped ALOT of water. We went out to an early dinner at Applebee's and I started some prep for Christmas Eve dinner, made Cranberry chutney. Usually we have our big Holiday meal on Christmas itself, but since I have to head home that night we decided to do it tomorrow so we do not feel rushed. I found out that my Mom has a recumbent bike for her physical therapy so I gave it a spin.
Negatives: Lot's of unhealthy food and plenty more sitting around
Positive: Yay burning calories by fitting in some exercise!!!!
