Weekend before Christmas challenge

As the weekend comes to a close i am proud of myself for my food consumption. last half of Friday, Saturday and today I ahve done very well. NO SWEETS whatsoever. How about that? No bad drinks or bad carbs. I wrote about my food yesterday and here is todays.

Breakfast
1 small Washington apple wedged and peeled
1 stick of colby cheese (1 oz.)

Lunch
1 cup of chili with kidney beans in it and chia seeds this chili ahd tomatoes and peppers in it

Afternoon snack:
Protein shake

Dinner
1 1/2 cup chopped salad with tomatoe, avacado and tuna

Evening snacktomatoe, cucumber, quinoa salad w/italian lite dressing

I'll weigh in in the morning

I am so proud of myself for haing normal blood sugar and i also credit the chia seeds which have given me energy as well
