Sorry for the long title. But I get in this morning for work, and my hours are cut even further if you can believe that. I'm only working 6:30 to 10:30 am today, Friday and Saturday this week. At least I'm assuming it's 10:30 am. I wasn't happy about it at all especially for today because I have to take a taxi both ways, and at $10.00 each way I only made $20.00 for a 4 hour shift today. What a crock of bull puppy. Anyways I'm not going to let it get me down because I'm actually happy about the less hours. My bank accounts aren't. I got all my goals done today, and stayed within my calorie range yestarday. I got in a walk this afternoon in the snow, and tonight I'm off to the movies with my sister and her family.
My goals for this week are:
90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or below the 2000 calorie mark 6 of the 7 days this week
My goals for Monday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 mintues of reading
15 minutes of hosuework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or below the 2000 calorie mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.

I am sorry to hear about your hours being cut at work. This is angers me a lot at the politicians and the voters...people really need to listen to those middle class numbers when polticians are talking about middle class Americans before they cast their ballots. And when they go to these debates and meetings voters really need to start getting into the politicians crap...It is the working CLASS AMERICANS that are hurting and getting ripped on taxation...That was what the Boston tea party was all about and not the propaganda that was getting shoveled down america's throat...The average american does not earn 250,000.00 - 150,000.00 dollars a year even when getting right out of college unless their parents are politicians, millionaires, celebrites etc...Get my drift...And they can say all they want that this economy is getting better all they want, but in reality for the working class it isn't any better now than it was last year. Mean while our jails continue to fill up with the pour and ignorant who do no more than what the celebrities are promoting, but because of their status they get away with it. Drinking and driving, drugs, vop, and flagrant disrespect for the law and our country's morals... They fail to pay their taxes and they walk qround like it's no big deal, the poor man fails to pay his and he's taken to court and loose's everything and still goes to jail...Where is the democracy gone to, I ask you...to make up for their budget shortfalls they slash the benefits of the poor and needy.. instead of their pet projects...just so you know Obama has a pet project too. It is a publicly funded boarding school for Chicago for the under privelage going to failing inner city schools..It looked like Harvard..I about soiled myself when I saw this on tv..and a congressman gat a 4 million dollar airport built in his hometown just for jobs and thats not even the best part, it couldn't sustain itself. So the airforce had to take it over to justify spending the money and to keep it open using civilians.
Isn't life just a kick in the head,,,,,,,,,,,
