I weighted myself today and I lost 3 pounds! I usually weight myself every Monday, but I've been busy with the kids and I've forgot. So it's been a few weeks. I then took my measurements, and they were good too! Some stayed the same, but some went down. I then looked at my overall weight loss since I restarted in July. I loved seeing the graph going down steadily!
I was a little discouraged because I've only lost about a pound a week, but when I saw it in a graph it really showed me that one pound a week is fine.
