Walk on treadmill everyday in the morning
Plank and squats 3x a week minimum
Physio Exercises every other day
Run twenty minutes 3x a week minimum
High Intensity walking 3x a week minimum
Arm strengthening exercises 3x of week minimum
Stretch after working out
Roll out muscles after working out
Ice muscles after working out
Track calories and stay in the 1,800 - 2,000 calorie range, every single day.
