Week 4 weight gain?!?!

I need to refocus and look critically at what I've been doing because the scale moved up one lb. this week.
I'm pretty upset because I've been putting a LOT of effort in. So here's my ideas of what may be wrong:
1. I've been eating too much cheese. I track it all and have been eating in range for the most part but I should be snacking on veggies, not brie. Its better if I keep it as a more occasional and special treat anyway.
2. I have been drinking WAY too much on the weekends. I'm planning on giving up booze entirely for one month in January. My mom and husband are also participating. I like to do that occasionally because I think I drink more out of habit a lot of times and its good to get away form that.
3. My workouts are getting too easy. At the gym I get lazy about looking up new exercises to try and just do the same old routines I'm used to. My body is not getting the confusion it needs. I just need to keep mixing it up constantly.
4. I am seemingly unable to get 8 hours of sleep every night. I HAVE to make it a priority so I have the energy to push myself when I'm skating and working out.
And now to stay on track for my long term goal I'll need to lose 2 lbs this week with X-mas right there in the middle. My plan to stay on track is to eat just small samples of all the rich and delicious foods we'll be having on X-mas, and load up my plate with the veggie based side dishes. I will also make sure to workout every day this week no matter what. Even if its only 10 minutes.
Ultimately, I'm not beating myself up but I do need to stay accountable to myself and what I'm trying to accomplish here.
