Maybe it's just the effect of looking at numbers enough, coincidences are bound to happen. Like the other day I had two meals come out to even hundreds of calories. Then the other night I tracked what I'd had so far, and the number of calories for my dinner was identical to the number of calories I had left for the day. Just now I was running my averages for the week, and my weekly average was the same as my figure for yesterday. Just weird coincidences, I guess, made me check to see if the formula was set up right or if I had pasted it wrong. To give you an idea how odd that was, I had eaten an early dinner at Sizzler so that was a ton of things to track, and I had stopped when I got to an 8 on the hunger scale, so for that calorie figure to come up average is kind of astonishing.
The good news is that I am finally making strength gains with my calorie cycling. The other day I got distracted while I was doing modified pullups and caught myself at 18 reps. So yesterday I did 3x15. It was tough, but I was able to do it! (Modified pullups are that my feet are on a chair set forward from the bar, so it is consistent resistance even though it isn't my full bodyweight, very similar to the leverage you get from doing pushups off the knees.)
I don't know if this will be another lazy Sunday. I likely will get out for a good walk with my husband later.
