I'd like to start by saying that you are worth it!!. YOU MATTER!!.
Today you awoke at 11:00am and while you have not made breakfast yet, I shall make you a bowl of multi grain cheerios with fat free milk and an apple and you will be satisfied but not stuffed.
The sun is shining through the downstairs office window and you are still very much alive.
I see also that you like to go to sleep very late in the evening and that you are a heavy night time snacker...you must stop this practice.
From now on you shall go to sleep at 10pm to 10:30pm starting tonight and get up on monday at 10am as usual.
Friday morning you shall meet your friend for transport to weight watchers for your weigh in and meeting and then upon arrival home, you and your mother shall go somewhere healthy and within budget to eat.
Thinking of eating...On Tuesday...comes Christmas day at your brother's home. Yes you will encounter very fattening foods there.
But, I recommend having a plan in place to eat what you want and how much you want and also do not let anyone tell you that you are too skinny or need to eat more.
You have won the battle...however, the war is not yet over...KEEP FIGHTING!.
