I'm going to try to manage my hunger cues by checking my hunger levels before and after I eat.
So, how have I been doing with my goals? My veggie intake is good. My fruit intake could be better. 10k steps is harder to achieve than I thought! I have to make a concerted effort to get in the 10k range. I just started tracking, using the Fitbit, but my average is low..around 5k a day. It's amazing how little I move during the week if I don't carve out exercise time before or after work! I haven't done a lick of strength training either. Boo! I know I should. I think I'm going to restart the 12 week Live Fit Challenge soon. My calorie intake is also improving. It requires being fastidious. *centers self* I can do this.
I'm simplifying my goals to get me through the holidays.
1. 5 Freggies a day
2. 10k steps a day
4. Manage hunger cues
I'll still track food and count calories, but I want to see if I can thwart some tendencies to overeat by using some of the tips in the article.
