The first pic was in 2005 when I was 41 years old. The last in 2012 at the age of 47. You can do this transformation at ANY time of your life. Healthy is for everyone!
Not only is there a change in your physical features, which indeed is a stark change, the change in your eyes is what stands out to me. Your eyes now twinkle with happiness. My guess is that there is a spring in your step!
You are such a beautiful person inside and out. Your smile has even broadened across your face. Your eyes are brighter. You can actually see some skeletal features. You are a walking miracle and such an inspiration! Just think, when you reach your final goal, what will be your appearance?!?
