Day 27 of 100 Day challenge

I am drinking my water each day.
I am walking 6 out of 7 days a week.
I am tracking my food 6 out 7 days a week.
I am lifting weights 2 times a week.

I continue to try and stay focused. Being consistent helps me to be successful.
