1ST Focus on myself... As selfish as it sounds I have a lot of self improvement to accomplish.
I need to love myself, and heal my inner child
I will learn to meditate to relieve stress
Work on what I say & think. You attract what you think, so goodbye negative thoughts
I will keep a gratitude journal, be grateful for what I have including my spark friends
I will use affirmations & vision boards, to remind myself of where & what I need to accomplish
Getting Healthy by making some changes
Successful weight loss means learning to control what you eat. Feed your body junk, that it
what it will give back to you.
Tracking my food is a must..It must be done daily & be accurate
Watch portions / Measure everything
Stay in my calorie range
Reduce but not eliminate red meat..Try pork, poultry, and yes even fish
Try meatless meals, use dried beans, pasta, or seasoned veggies
3rd Exercise every day .. No excuses
Exercise will help shed my weight
Start with 10 minutes every day, than in two weeks try doing it longer
Exercise options are health club, where I can use the pool, weight machines,
treadmill, bikes, take a studio class, or get help from a trainer
At home workout. Lots of video's..Jillian, Biggest Loser, Richard Simmons. There
are also tapes on kettlebell, yoga, Tai Chi , Qi Gong, Nia, walking and more. There is NO
reason this can't happen.
I will Track my exercise
I will commit to doing whatever it takes to get healthy.
Goal weight lose 75 lbs..That means I need to lose 6.25 lbs a month, or 2 lbs every week.
I need to get my health under control. By taking these steps I hope to make this happen.
