I baked a few things....go figure.

Gluten free chili brownies for my BFF.

I actually used half of those to make some with peanut butter frosting and added chocolate and peanut butter chips on top.....kind of like the salty peanut butter brownies I made a while back. These were for a friend at work.

King Arthur Flour St. Patrick's Day Cookies (aka pistachio pudding cookies) for another friend at work.

Chocolate and mint chip cookie bars for the model club Christmas party last night.
I'm actually going to be baking some Mexican brownies for work after I finish this blog...picture will be posted tomorrow.

Update on my calf/knee in case anybody is interested. I did see the PT guy on Monday. He wasn't so sure it was IT band but wasn't really sure what the problem was. He was unable to recreate the pain. He gave me some more hip/butt exercises to do and wanted my to try running about 1/2 mile to see if it triggered my issue. I tried that on Tuesday and there was no problem at 1/2 mile so I kept going until I got to 1.5 miles....still no problem. I emailed him and he said to continue the 1.5 mile runs on Thursday (done!!) and Sunday. I'll report back to him but so far so good...I may get to start building again :-)

I hope someone can figure out what is causing your pain. I know this is very frustrating.

You are a heck of a good baker. Yum!

That's the best news I've heard all day. I'm crossing my fingers that the knee/calf issue has ceased and desisted.
The cookies look fantastic. You've been busy. Have a wonderful week. Are you off all week?

Glad that running isn't a pain again!

Those first 2 brownies look scrumptious.

Was in a baking frenzy last week . . . did NOT lead to a good WI soi knew I had to stop it! Altho that wasn't the only issue. I might bake some cookies to take to the vet on Monday, tho.
