This post is again prompted by the SparkCoach program. Today my action step is to blog about ways I notice myself getting healthier besides the scale.
Well, this is only week 3 for me but I can already see that I am feeling more positive about things. I am wanting to eat healthier foods and not so interested in junk food. I am at least thinking about exercise everyday (even if I'm not doing it every day!). Today I am doing a cleaning blitz on the house, and I find that it's not tiring me out as much as it used to.
So those are some positives I'm experiencing. I'm sure more will come as I get further on in this journey. Thanks for reading!
