Where I've Been and Where I'm Going

Saturday, December 22, 2012

So I know I haven't been around in quite awhile. Life was crazy busy, and then I got slammed with a Major Depressive Episode.

So here was my last weigh-in/WUB for awhile, as it showed what happened as depression set in:

Here I explained a bit more about why I disappeared: passionlifelovehe

And here is where I'm going! passionlifelovehe

I can't make any promises, as I have tried before and miserably failed--BUT I will at least TRY to be around for you guys more now. I'm much less busy and am slowly regaining my energy. Plus you all rock and inspire me!

I'm glad you are feeling able enough to get back at it. That means your depression must be better than it was a few weeks ago. I'm so happy for you. It is always daunting after a regain (Lord knows I've been there), but the sooner you can face up to the damage, accept that you are not superhuman, and move forward, the better. I think we can all only do what we can do, and if you make another stint of progress as good as your last before your next depression, it will be a cycle of WINNING which will get you to your goal weight in no time. Keep your head held high, Ashleigh. You are worth it and you are loved by so many people. emoticon
