Quick update! I was low on fiber, high on sodium yesterday but otherwise good. I'm packed & got in a swim this morning (wheeee!) So I'm off!

    Lol. I'm forever low in protein. I'm good on fiber because I've introduced TONS into my mom's diabetic diet. I don't salt anything so I'm usually in range or just below on sodium.
