I decided tonight that 2013 will be different. A new beginning. New, healthy eating habits. Exercise. Spending more time doing things I will feel good about afterwards, like reading and healthy habits, instead of falling into the habit of unhealthy 'grazing' snacking whenever I have free time.
2013. A new beginning for me. I hope to share the journey with many of you.
