Without counting calories is not possible for me to lose and keep the weight.
One month is over, and I lost a few pounds, kept it and then started to pick weight again.
During this month I ate almost vegan, no sugar, no any gluten products.
I noted I can not eat corn and have a little allergy to fish.
I did my A1C test, and it is 5.2.
Counting calories is to lose and keep weight. Counting calories is when you manage your food, but not food manages you!
