Another year, time to really do it this time.

The year of 2012 is almost over.
Weight-wise, it has been a bust.
Diet-wise as well.
It is almost a new year.
2013, will be THE year.
My weight goals:
235 to 150 by 12/31/13
10 min treadmill 5 days per week
20 Ball crunches, 10 wall pushups, and 20 hamstring curls
1200-1300 cals per day
4-8 cups of water daily
My spiritual goals:
Carmelite meeting monthly
Daily Bible reading
Morning, Evening, and Night prayer
30 min meditation daily
Mass M, W, Thur, Sat
Read: The Way of Perfection
I am using the next 10 days or so to
psyche myself up.
Other changes I plan to make:
Limited tv and computer use
Increase personal care
Declutter boxes of paper from garage and house
Declutter house and garage
Save emergency fund of $1000.00
Make an improvement to the house monthly
