I was re-reading the Spark book this week. I think the part about Reeves is the best quote of the book. Many of the chat forums on SP are dedicated to health and injury repair, I think that is very much the heart of many people's quest for well being.
"Consider the example of Christopher Reeve. A near-fatal 1995 horse riding accident left him paralyzed from the neck down and confined to a wheelchair...he committed himself to maintaining his body through a five-hour-a-day exercise program, strapped to devices that moved his limbs... Yet through steady work and perseverance, by 2004 Reeve had regained sensation in 70 percent of his body." pg 52 of "The Spark"
Even the worst injured persons can do SOMETHING to help with fitness, a true story.
