After having a baby, getting back into exercise, moving, and then quitting exercise, I am finally back at it. I have had a two week exercise streak and a three pound weight loss. It feels great. I am totally sleep deprived as my baby likes to eat all night, but forcing myself to exercise helps me feel better. I want to be a good example to my children and I want to have the energy to keep up with them. Exercise is a discipline that I need to talk myself into every single day, but every time I make the right choice I am so much happier after.
