a supervisor asked me why it was taking me so long to do certain tasks. i tend to have sarcastic responses. i wanted to say "because upper management is trying to sabatoge this project, unless they have somehow managed to be more clueless and incompetant and apathetic then i thought possible."

I just copied her in on the email so she could see i was trying to fix it for another middle manager who has been getting a run along along with our customer.
