Wasting Time

TV is my downfall. When I get home from work I need the release. I work as a HHA and I do a lot of physical work, but I don't think of it as exercise. I need to do more, but it only seems to happen if I get to the gym.
I have free weights and could easily do them during commercials. I also have a balance ball on which I can do crunches or other exercises.

    TV is okay. I watch too much too. Let yourself enjoy what you watch and then get busy. The more often you do it, the easier it will be!
