The following is easy to understand and simple to do, it takes very little time and can be done as often as you like, wherever you are and can be used to improve any aspect of your life.
I used this system under the name of Quantum Healing at the beginning of the year and it has produced great results in my physical health. At that time I had no thought of applying it to anything else.
Because it was so successful (as can be read in my previous blogs), I have now read more about Quantum Physics and the way the Universe works, not only in a metaphysical sense, but from a scientific perspective. The Law of Attraction is used in Quantum Physics.
"The Law of Attraction states that 'whatever we think about, we bring about'.
This law may initially seem like new age jargon, but there is scientific evidence that supports it. The top quantum physicists of our day have discovered that our universe and our reality is very much directed by the 'observer'.
When studying quantum particles, the smallest observable unit of matter, these scientists discovered that such particles behave in accordance with the person conducting the experiment. If the scientists 'predict' that quantum particles will behave in a certain way ... they do. And yet, if the scientists 'predict' that quantum particles will behave in another way, they do.
It is the 'observer' in these experiments that dictate the outcome of the experiment!
These experiments have far reaching implications for us because our world is made up of these same quantum particles. In this case, we are the 'observer', the director of our lives and hence the creator of our reality, our world and our experience.
So working with this principle on a personal level - what we think about on a daily basis is what we will create in our experience.
For example, have your thoughts ever run along the lines of:
"I don't understand..."
"I don't want..."
"I'm frustrated about..."
"I hate my..."
"I don't like..."
"I can't do..."
"I'm stressed about..."
"I'm worried that..."
"I should be able to... but I can't..."
"Why am I having so much trouble?"
These are just some of the negative thoughts we tell ourselves on a frequent basis. The Law of Attraction seems to use these words almost as a directive to produce more of the same situations that have caused these thoughts in the first place.
When we think "I don't understand why bad things happen to me?", we seem to be attracting more 'bad things' into our lives.
When we think about not having enough money or being in debt, we are actually attracting lack and maybe even more debt into our lives.
When we are worried about being or getting sick we are attracting these very things just by thinking about them as a negative possibility.
The Law of Attraction seems to bring about what we focus our thoughts on - even if it is the very opposite of what we actually want. It would seem to be that what we dwell on, is what we will experience.
Below are a few examples of how to change our thinking in order to make the law of attraction work for us rather than against what we really want. The premise is that what we dwell on is what will come to pass.
So instead of "I hate my boss"
think "I look forward to having a great boss" or
"I look forward to starting my own business" if this is what you want to achieve.
Instead of "I don't understand why he is so lazy"
think "I love it when he helps out around the house".
Instead of "I'm stressed about this project"
think "I am able to create amazing results in my projects" or "I will create an amazing result in this project..." or "I can learn how to....
Instead of "I'm worried about getting sick" or "...being sick"
think "I am delighted and thankful to have good health today" or " ..radiant health today" if you are.
Or if you are currently sick then ..
think "I am becoming stronger and more healthy with each day that passes".
Instead of "I cannot get a job" or "Why can't I get a job?"
think "I have skills and talents that will ensure I get a good job in my field"
Instead "I hate being overweight", "...unhealty", "...poor", "...alone" whatever it may be
think "I can (do whatever is necessary to) lose weight" ... earn a living" ... make friends"
The situations and wording will depend on our individual lives and what we want to bring into expression.
Always use words that are positive and aimed at what deep down you genuinely want to achieve. Keep the wording short and direct.
These are not just affirmations of something we would like to happen or would like to be true, but are instructions to bring about positive change in our life experience.
Earlier this year I set my mind steadfastly on one thing - my health. It is suggested that this technique will work best if we focus all our attention and thoughts on one thing - whatever is the most important to each individual personally (not to please someone else). Then begin to look for people or things that come into our lives that will help us achieve our goal. Repeat the positive thinking process as often as we think of it, and catch and replace the negative thoughts as soon as we are aware of them. This can be a fun adventure and proves to be very exciting once we begin to notice changes in your thoughts and behaviour.
Apart from anything else this outlook can change us from being negative people into positive ones who dwell on what is right with ourselves, others and the world and look for and expect good positive things to happen - even in spite of how negative they may currently appear to be.
It cannot be used as a get rich quick scheme. If I wanted a job for instance I don't imagine it would just appear (of course it might), but I would begin by changing my thinking to 'I will get the right job' (no matter how many times I had previously been rejected) I would focus my attention on all the qualities I have to offer to a prospective employer. I would work on building up my confidence and getting together an honest and full cv (if required) and on being appropriately dressed with a cheerful and pleasant disposition when I went for interviews.
Like anything we really want in life the more we put into it the more benefits we are likely to receive.
So hoping others will benefit as I have done and continue to do.
Wishing you all a peaceful and happy holiday.
