'Tis the season! For me it's the season to get thrown off track. Lots of extra errands and parties to interrupt my exercise pattern and tempt me with empty calories.
Got thrown off today and got no exercise in. But I need a rest day now and then. Tomorrow I'll do better. I ate out with a friend for lunch and stayed within my calorie range, so that's a plus.
We can do this!
