Ok.. so I figure everyone is probably going pretty crazy with Christmas only a few days away, so take a break and breath. Maybe do some Yoga to help de-stress and calm your inner spirit.
So Dec 22-Dec 26 your challenge is to get in some yoga, stretching and/or meditation. Maybe even a bubble bath or two. :)
